Summer is around the corner!!!

Spring cleaning is sorted out and we are clearing out products that we will not be offering for in the immediate future. If you order something that is being discontinued, then we will ship as much as we have and issue a refund for the difference. We are reorganizing and getting ready to bring back some items that have been out of stock but that we still want to offer, like medication!

 Right now, we pack up orders on Monday and Wednesday and ship them out on Tuesday and Thursday. If you have urgent issues, please TEXT me at: 650-704-5368. I'm not very great with my phone. You can leave a message but I prefer email and texts.

It's come to my attention that people may be a bit confused about TheRatShop.com. This business is done, mainly as a community service, to ensure that Harlan Teklad food is available to the domestic pet rat community. Gavin and I work hard to meet the needs of our customers but our customers need to realize and understand that we both have full time "real" jobs, plus volunteer committments, and children. We run TheRatShop.com on the side. To this extent, we have VERY limited days and hours in which we deal with the shop.

Items in this category are intended to be shipped by themselves as the only product ordered. If you order these items in addition to other items available in the shop, you will have problems checking out because other items are not able to ship in USPS flat rate boxes.
